Refund Policy

. General Refund Principles

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are offered when products are returned within the specified return window, subject to conditions outlined herein.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing refunds.

1.2 Exclusions from Refunds
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable for health, safety, and customization reasons. These include:

  • Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, razors, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, innerwear)
  • Perishable items (food, beverages, flowers, medicines)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable digital content
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

2. Return and Refund Timeline

  • Customers must raise a refund/return request within 7 to 10 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified for a particular category.
  • For defective or damaged products, requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • SupremCart reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Step 1 – Initiating a Return Request

  • Log in to your SupremCart account and visit the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the product you wish to return and click on “Request Refund/Return.”
  • Provide the reason for return and upload supporting photos/videos (if applicable).

3.2 Step 2 – Pick-Up or Drop-Off

  • For eligible products, we will arrange for a courier pick-up from your location.
  • In certain cases, you may need to ship the product back to our designated return center at your own cost.

3.3 Step 3 – Inspection and Verification

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes quality checks.
  • If the product meets our return conditions, the refund is approved.
  • If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing parts), the refund may be denied.

3.4 Step 4 – Refund Issuance

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (card, wallet, UPI, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer or SupremCart Wallet credit.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a product exchange where available.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund for Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests may not be honored. You may need to initiate a return after delivery.

5.2 Order Cancellation by SupremCart

  • Orders may be canceled by SupremCart due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or fraud detection.
  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Method and Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Net Banking/UPI Payments – Refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Digital Wallet Payments – Refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery – Refund within 7–14 business days via bank transfer or SupremCart Wallet.

Note: Timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or external factors.


7. Refund Exceptions and Adjustments

  • Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are missing accessories or show signs of use.
  • If promotional codes, discounts, or loyalty points were used during purchase, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and gift-wrapping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, SupremCart will provide a free replacement or full refund.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe may make you ineligible for refunds.

9. Refunds for International Orders

  • For international orders, refunds are limited to product cost; shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable.
  • Customers must comply with local import/export regulations when returning products.

10. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

  • SupremCart reserves the right to decline refund requests if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Abuse of return policies, such as repeated returns without valid reasons, may result in account suspension.
  • Refunds will not be granted if products are intentionally damaged, swapped, or misused.
